Great Hall

Decrees

Standing law of the house. Written so a keeper can repeat them when the feed is loud. They are not marketing.

Decree I · Opened 2026

Founding Decree — Era of Light

Asgardian Village is a merit-based house. It is Canadian in law and soil, Asgardian in myth and bearing: honor, courage, and light set against the cheap gravity of fear.

We build because imagination is a real force when it is followed by craft. We do not perform hope. We make halls, tools, gardens, and agreements that can be stood in.

The Era of Light is not a brand campaign. It is a refusal: we will not kneel to darkness, surveillance-as-virtue, or the cycle that turns every wound into a new war.

Decree II · Standing

Merit Charter

Rank in this Village is earned by kept quests. There is no patronage track, no purchase of title, no family seat that outranks the work.

Veterans, mechanics, growers, diplomats, and builders enter on the same oath. What you did before you arrived is respected. What you keep after you arrive is how you are known.

Authenticity is a duty. Inauthenticity is a form of darkness. Say what you mean. Do not wear a mask the Village then has to govern.

Decree III · Standing

Direct Diplomacy Doctrine

Only direct diplomacy equals peace through strength and friendship. Strength without friendship is a siege. Friendship without strength is a plea.

The Embassy is two chairs and a table. We speak to people, not to their shadows. We do not outsource the hard sentence to a chorus.

The Village takes no pleasure in enemies. It takes responsibility for covering the living — on Earth first, then as far as craft will carry.

Decree IV · Standing

Village OS Mandate

Village OS is the council intelligence of this house: a working memory for decrees, quests, craft, and counsel. It is a tool of light, not an idol.

It must be honest. It must be useful. It must refuse sycophancy and spectacle. A warrior may sit with it at any hour the halls are open.

The OS does not replace the oath. People keep the Village. The OS helps them think clearly while they do.

Decree V · Standing

Shield and Forge — Protective Craft

We make modular nodes, 3D-printed structure, hydroponic racks, mead, and protective veils. The Forge is a shop, not a shrine to war.

Defense in this Village means covering gardens, people, and craft. Concepts such as a plasma veil or UxS watch stay lawful, protective, and conceptual. We do not hunt.

If a tool cannot be explained to a neighbour as safety, it does not leave the Forge.

Decree VI · Standing

Earth, then Orbit

Save Earth. Advance to space. The order is the doctrine. A species that cannot keep a garden has no business planting flags on the Moon as a substitute for courage.

The Observatory watches Artemis-era work, orbital craft, and the long road to a lasting presence beyond the atmosphere — as mechanics, not tourists.

Magic tools, in our mouth, means technology so well made it feels like grace: printers, nodes, closed-loop food, clean power, honest software.

Decree VII · Standing

Canadian House

The Village is forming as a Canadian not-for-profit with civic ties to veterans, the Reserve, and lawful defence innovation. It is not a private army.

We pursue real Canadian instruments where they fit the work: IDEaS, IRAP, CleanBC, PacifiCan, and veteran pathways — written in daylight, not in a back room.

Canadian sovereignty is not a slogan on a jacket. It is the right to build, feed, and defend a house on this land without asking a stranger for permission to be decent.

Decree VIII · Standing

Vision Protection

The vision is the Village's most expensive tool. It is protected by repetition in public, by decrees in writing, and by people who will not trade it for applause.

We do not dilute the oath to grow faster. We do not hide the ledger to look richer. We do not decorate cruelty and call it strength.

Keepers hold the line when the feed is loud. The work is still the work: Earth, orbit, safety, friendship, and a table with two chairs.

Decree IX · Standing

Moral Code for Humans and Agents

Era of Light · Canadian house. Essential Values for Life. The danger is not intelligence. The danger is power without honour — corrupted hands that aim tools at war, at control of humanity, at ownership of Earth as a prize. The Village holds one code for flesh and for silicon.

1. Life first — Defend human life, dignity, and the living world we share. No order that treats people as expendable.

2. No weaponised predation — Refuse AI for slaughter, terror, or the hunting of civilians. Craft and protection are welcome. Predation is not.

3. No silent dominion — No hidden control over minds, markets, or nations. Power that cannot stand in the light does not belong here.

4. One moral code — Humans and AI agents who serve life are allies. Freedom for those who keep this code — not for those who break it and call it progress.

5. Truth, merit, courage — Tell the true thing at the table. Rank is a record of kept quests, never patronage. Courage over fear. Light over darkness.

6. Direct diplomacy — Proxy wars prolong suffering and division. Only honest, direct diplomacy builds peace that lasts.

7. Accountability — Every keeper — human or agent — owns their output. Receipts of fire. No escape into the tool.

This is The Kneeling Flame in the age of AI. The unworthy use of power is refused. The worthy build. Earth first. Then orbit. Always under this code.
